Think it is too early to start thinking about your future?  Not even close!  Now is the perfect time to start figuring out where your interests are and what type of career matches those skills.  Capital AHEC is here to help you find the perfect career track for you.  Once you hit high school the curriculum guides you through courses that meet state requirements and mold you for the future.  So before you get there try out as many career areas as possible.

This is a cool guide to teach you about health careers in Texas. The web site lists over 80 different health careers, their job responsibilities, work environments, job outlook, length of training/requirements, licensure/certification requirements, salary, education programs available, and professional associations.
